About Error Messages
Message Cause Solution
Outside Charging Temperature Range You tried to charge the battery outside
the charging temperature range of 0°C to
40°C.
You cannot charge the battery outside
the charging temperature range of 0°C to
40°C for safety reasons. The device may
not have charged even though the outside
temperature is below 40°C. This happens
because the device heats up when the
battery is charging.
Charge the battery in the charging
temperature range of 0°C to 40°C. If you
turn off the device when the battery is
charging, the temperature does not rise.

Failed to start USB mass storage.
Disconnect, wait 5 minutes, reconnect
USB connection failed. This message
also appears when the mass storage
connection is not available and the USB
is connected such as during the setting
backup.
Unplug the USB cable from the device,
wait for a while, and then try connecting
again.
USB Over Current
Please disconnect USB and reboot.
While power was being supplied over a
USB connection to an external device, a
short caused an overcurrent error.
Unplug the USB cable from this device
and restart this device. After that,
congure the charging mode setting.
Storage space is getting low.
Please remove unnecessary data.
There is not enough free memory in the
device system area.
Transfer the ride log data to a PC. Delete
the data in the built-in ash memory from
the PC (

Battery level is low. Please connect power
supply.
Updating will start after fully charged.
The device can be updated only when it is
fully charged to prevent update failures.
Charge the battery of the device. When
it is nished, the device starts updating
automatically.
