Nilfisk SC750 Heavy-Duty Cleaning

The Main Machine Controller operates the oor cleaning funcons of scrub, soluon and vacuum based on operator

requests and other inputs. It is located directly behind the operator control panel. It is capable of storing and display-

ing many fault codes. In addion to fault codes, it supports special modes of operaon called “Programming Mode” and

“Service Test Mode”. The programming mode is used primarily for “telling” the controller how the machine is equipped

so that it can operate accordingly. The service test mode is a powerful and convenient diagnosc feature that allows a

technician to request specic outputs to operate regardless of current inputs.

The Drive Motor Controller (Speed Controller) operates the drive motor that propels the machine based on operator
