Clear jams in the duplexer
Use the following procedure to check for paper in all possible jam locations in the duplexer. For touchscreen
models, the control panel displays an animation that assists in clearing the jam.
1. Open the rear door.
2. Remove any jammed paper from the duplex area.
Use both hands to remove jammed paper to avoid
tearing the paper.
3. Close the rear door.
