Sound of the connected BLUETOOTH
mobile device is not output from the
speaker system.
Make sure that the BLUETOOTH
indicator on the subwoofer is lit
(page 21).

If a device that generates

ectromagnetic radiation, such as a
wireless LAN device, other
BLUETOOTH devices, or a microwave
oven is nearby, move the device away
from the speaker system.

ove the USB 3.0 device and its cable

ay from this speaker system.

emove any obstacle between the
spe
aker system and the BLUETOOTH
device or move the speaker system
away from the obstacle.
R
eposition the connected
B
LUETOOTH device.
Swi
tch the wireless LAN frequency of
an
y nearby wireless LAN router or PC
to 5 GHz range.
In
crease the volume on the connected
B
LUETOOTH device.
The sound is not in sync with the
image.
When you are watching movies, you
may hear the sound with a slight delay
from the image.
The remote control of this speaker
system does not function.
Point the remote control at the
remote control sensor on the
subwoofer (page 7).

emove any obstacles in the path
be
tween the remote control and the
subwoofer.
R
eplace both batteries in the remote
c
ontrol with new ones, if they are
weak.
Ma
ke sure you are pressing the
c
orrect button on the remote control.
TV remote control does not work.
Install the bar speaker so that it does
not obstruct the remote control
sensor of the TV.
The Control for HDMI function does
not work properly.
Check the connection with the
speaker system (refer to the supplied
Startup Guide).

nable the Control for HDMI function

n the TV. For details, refer to the
operating instructions of your TV.

ait a while, and then try again. If you
u
nplug the speaker system, it will take
a while before operations can be
made. Wait for 15 seconds or longer,
and then try again.
Ma
ke sure the devices connected to
t
he speaker system support the
Control for HDMI function.

nable the Control for HDMI function

f the devices connected to the
speaker system. For details, refer to
the operating instructions of your
device.
