Greenworks 5100802 Questions and Answers

#1 Will this work to get rid of bbq grease that spilled onto the concrete?

It may work depending on how deep the stain is. You also require detergent to loosen the grease. We advise you test each nozzle to determine the right one for the task at hand.

#2 I bought one about 7 months ago, As of late when its on and not in use it starts to make crazy noises as if it was turning on and off over n over. Why

Please remember to purge your unit prior to each use.
1. Turn the unit to the off position
2. Ensure the garden hose is connected to the pressure washer
3. Connect the high pressure hose and the spray gun/wand
4. Turn the water on (garden hose)
5. Hold down and squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to purge out any water or air from the unit , hold for a good 1 -2 minutes
6. While you're still holding the trigger switch the pressure was on
This should relieve any built- up pressure inside the tank. If you are still experiencing issues with this, please submit an email using the customer contact page on our website.

#3 Use for cleaning gutters?

It can be used for variety of outdoor tasks. This depends on how high the gutters and the reach of the tool. The tool should be on the ground as you extend the wand upwards. However, we currently do not offer a gutter attachment device which you may need. Look for a 1/4 inch attachment which will fit onto the end of the wand.

#4 Forgive me if this is a really stupid question but, how does it hook up to the water source? Outdoor garden hose?

Yes, it requires connection to a water source that provides at least 50 P.S.I of pressurized water.
