Plug the brewer into an independent outlet.
Check to be sure that it is plugged in securely.
Make sure that the brewer has been turned
on and the green POWER Light is illuminated.
Reset your circuit breaker, if necessary.
Plug into a different outlet.
The brewer must be set-up for the first brew (refer to
page 6).

BREW position.
If brewer is cold/frozen, wait for two hours for it to
reach room temperature before powering on.
BREW/DRAIN Selector Knob must be at
BREW position.
After placing the K-Cup
®
pack in the K-Cup
®
Pack
Holder, make sure that the Handle is completely
lowered securely and the blue BREW Button
is flashing.
If the blue ADD WATER Light is illuminated, add water
to Water Reservoir. Make sure the Water Reservoir is
seated properly in its base.
If the blue ADD WATER Light continues to be
illuminated even after refilling, contact Customer
Service at 1.866.901.BREW (2739).
If the blue ADD WATER Light, red HEATING Light and
blue BREW Button are all flashing simultaneously,
refer to next situation.
1. The brewer must be powered on and ready to brew.
2. Remove and empty the Water Reservoir and then replace it to the brewer.
The ADD WATER Light will be illuminated.
3. Turn the BREW/DRAIN Selector Knob to DRAIN. The green DRAIN Light
will be illuminated.
4. Press and hold the DRAIN Button. Water will flow into the Water
Reser voir. CAUTION: The water may be very hot!
NOTE: The process to drain a hot water tank from idle state takes about
one minute.
5. When the water stops flowing, release the DRAIN Button. The internal hot
water tank is now empty.
6. Turn the BREW/DRAIN Selector Knob back to BREW and power off
the brewer.
If you need assistance with your brewer, please contact Customer Service
at 1.866.901.BREW (2739).
Storage
Drain the brewer before storing and ensure that you store your brewer in a
safe and frost free environment. Please be sure to store your brewer in its
upright position to avoid water leakage from the inner tank. If you store the
brewer in a cold environment, you run the risk of water freezing inside the
brewer and causing damage. When you prepare to use it after storage, we
recommend rinsing the Water Reservoir with fresh water and running three
cleansing brews without a K-Cup
®
pack.
If you plan to move your brewer to a different location, turn the brewer
off, unplug it and empty the Water Reservoir. If your brewer has been in an
environment below freezing, please be sure to let it warm to room
temperature for at least two hours before using.
