MICROWAVE FEATURES
COMPU DEFROST
COMPU DEFROST automatically defrosts foods ground
meat, steaks, chicken pieces.
Suppose you want to defrost a 2.0 pound steak.
1. Touch COMPU DEFROST pad once.
2. Select desired food by touching COMPU DEFROST
pad until the display shows the food name. Ex: touch
twice for steak.
3. Enter weight by touching the number pads
20.
4. Touch START/TOUCH ON pad.
The oven will stop and directions will be displayed.
Follow the indicated message.
5. After the 1st stage, open the door. Turn steak over
and shield any warm portions. Close the door. Touch
START/TOUCH ON pad.
6. After the 2nd stage, open the door. Shield any warm
portions. Close the door. Touch START/TOUCH ON
pad.
7. After defrost cycle ends, cover and let stand as indi
-
cated in chart below.
Note:
1. The weight can be entered in increments of 0.1 lb. If
you attempt to enter more or less than the allowed
amount
ERROR WEIGHT TOO SMALL OR TOO LARGE
will appear
in the display.
2. COMPU DEFROST can be programmed with More or
Less Time Adjustment. See page 26.
3. To defrost other foods or foods above or below the
weights allowed on Defrost Chart, use time and 30%
power. See Manual Defrost on page 15.
