SLOW COOKING
• Press the button until the desired program (Slow Cook High or Slow Cook Low) is blinking on the screen.
• You can set the desired time by pressing the button, then the or buttons.
• Press the
button to select preset time.

When the cooking cycle is complete, the slow cooker will automatically switch to the KEEP WARM mode.
eKEEP WARM light will light up.
• e mode can be used for up to 4 hours. For dense recipes, it is recommended to stir during the KEEP WARM
mode.
• After 4 hours of KEEP WARM, the Dutch Oven Slow Cooker will shut o.
SAUTEING
• Select the “Saute” function by pressing the button until the “Saute” function is blinking on the screen.
• Set the desired time by pressing the
button, then the or buttons, choosing from 30mins to 2 hours.
• e temperature is set to 320°F for optimal cooking performance and cannot be adjusted. (To adjust, use Manual
Mode).
• Press
button to begin preheating. PREHEAT will be shown on the top right corner of the screen.
• When selected temperature is reached, the appliance will beep two times.
• Start sautéing at your convenience. You can then press
button to stop cooking. Or switch to another function
by using the button again.
