• Select the “Simmer” function by pressing the button until the “Simmer” function is blinking on the screen.
• Press the
button to select preset time.
• You can set the desired time by pressing the
button, then the or buttons, choosing from 10mins
to 1 hour.
• Set the desired temperature by pressing the
button, then the or buttons, choosing from 195°F or
215°F.
• Press the
button to begin preheating. PREHEAT will be shown on the top right corner of the screen. For
this program, you can add your ingredients before the cooking pot is preheated.
• When the selected temperature is reached, the PREHEAT sign will disappear and the selected time will start
counting down.
• Cooking will automatically stop at the end of the cooking time.
• Select the “Manual” function by pressing the button until the “Manual” function is blinking on the screen.
• Set the desired time by pressing the
button, then the or buttons.
• Press
