You can click View More to view the device name, device No., language, model, serial No.,

version, number of channels, IO input, IO output, lock, alarm input, alarm output, and device

capacity, etc.

9.4 Person Management

Click Add to add the person's informaon, including the basic informaon, cercate,

authencaon and sengs.

Add Basic Informaon

Click Person Management → Add to enter the Add Person page.

Add the person's basic informaon, including the employee ID, the person's name, oor No., room

No., gender and person type.

If you select Visitor as the person type, you can set the visit mes.

Click Save to save the sengs.

Set Permission Time

Click Person Management → Add to enter the Add Person page.

Enable Long-Term Eecve User, or set Start Time and End Time. If you select Visitor as the

person type, you also can set the visit mes. If you select Normal User as the person type, you also

can enable and set him or her as administrator.

Click Save to save the sengs.

Set Cercate Conguraon

Add Card

Click Person Management → Add → +Add Card to set Card No. and select the Property, and

click OK to add the card.

Add Fingerprint

Click Person Management → Add → +Add Fingerprint and press your nger on the ngerprint

module of the device to add your ngerprint.

Note

Only devices supporng the ngerprint funcon can add the ngerprint.

Add Face Picture

Click Person Management → Add → Upload to upload a face picture from the local PC.

Note

The picture format should be JPG or JPEG or PNG, and the size should be less than 200 K.
