#1 When playing a video, why is there no sound?

NOT support Dolby sound. If there is no sound when playing videos like Netflix, turn off Dolby sound.(Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio > Dolby Digital Output > and then turn Dolby Digital Plus OFF)

#2 The mobile computer cannot use the Bluetooth function of the projector?

Bluetooth function is ONLY for audio transfer with audio devices, NOT supporting video sync with smartphones and computers. The phone, computer, and Alexa cannot connect to the projector Bluetooth.

#3 The projector cannot play Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu and other videos?

Due to HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) agreement, Copyrighted videos such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Hulu must be played through Fire Stick, Roku, Computer, or laptop.
