CLEANING THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER
a) To access the catalytic converter, remove the baking stone, the rack, and
the bottom jet-plate from the oven. Then remove the catalytic through a
vertical movement upwards, as shown in the following image.
b) Spray approved cleaner on the catalytic converter. Leave it in for 15
minutes, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Shake excess water from the filter
and pat dry with paper towels before re-installing.
