1. Push the parking brake pedal down (A).
2. Push and hold the lock button (B).

3. Keep the lock button pushed and release the parking
brake pedal.
4. To release the parking brake, push the parking brake
pedal again.
To start the product
1. Disconnect the cable to the battery charger.
2. Sit on the seat.
3. Engage the parking brake. Refer to

.
4. Lift the cutting deck to transport position. Refer to
To
lift and lower the cutting deck on page 18
.
5. Set the power switch to "1" (A). The standby
indicator (B) comes on.
6. Long press the start button (C). The standby
indicator light goes out.

To operate the product
1. Select cutting height (1–5) with the cutting height
lever.
2. Start the product.
3. Push the parking brake pedal down and then release
it to disengage the parking brake.
4. Carefully push down 1 pedal. Use pedal (A) to move
forward, and pedal (B) to move in reverse. The
speed increases the more the pedal is pushed down.

5. Release the pedal to engage the brakes.
6. Lower the cutting deck.
