USING YOUR APPLIANCE
• Do not direct steam at people, animals, electrical
appliances or electricaloutlets.
• Do not expose torain.
• Do not immerse the appliance inwater.
• Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is
necessary when used by or near children.
• Do not leave the appliance connected to an electrical outlet
when not inuse.
• Never pull the power cord to disconnect the appliance from
the socket. Keep the appliance cord away from heat, oil and
sharpedges.
6 . Do not allow cord to touch hot surfaces. Let appliance
cool completely before putting away. Loop cord loosely
around appliance whenstoring.
7 . Always disconnect appliance from electrical outlet
when filling with water or emptying, and when not
inuse.

Your BLACK+DECKER BHSM15FX08, BHSM15FX10 steam
cleaning system has been designed for sanitizing and
cleaning sealed hardwood, sealed laminate, linoleum, vinyl,
ceramic tile, stone, marble floors and countertops. This
appliance is intended for indoor household use only.
NOTE: Each hand held steam unit is 100% tested in the
factory to ensure product performance and safety. When
assembling your new hand held steam unit for the first time
you may notice water residue inside of theunit.
