E. Fasten the butterfly nut to fix the window slide set.
STEP 5 - COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION
Make room for the installation of the window slide set when the window is closed so that the window opening can be
covered completely. Place the device at least 20 inches away from walls and other objects.
NOTE:
Some window installations may require the extension panels to be trimmed.
Slide the adapter downwards and ensure the adapter installed is in good position.
Ensure the slant panel direction matches the seal-plate direction.
The exhaust hose cannot be bent or be used with flexure over 45˚ to keep good ventilation for the exhaust hose.
Electrical Shock Hazard
Plug into a grounding 3-prong outlet.
Do not remove the grounding prong from the power cord plug.
Do not use an adapter.
Do not use an extension cord.
Failure to do so can result in death, fire or electrical shock.
1. Plug the power cord into a grounding 3-prong outlet.
2. Press the Reset button on the power cord to ensure the safety plug is providing power to the air conditioner.
