Importing the Address Book
Specify the exported Address Book le.

● Canon Address Book le (*.abk)
Congure these settings using Remote UI from a computer. You cannot use the control panel to congure the
settings.
Administrator privileges are required.

Log in to Remote UI in System Manager Mode.

On the Portal page of Remote UI, click [Settings/Registration]. Portal Page of

Click [Data Management]
[Import].
➠ The [Import] scr
een is displayed.

Click [Browse] in [File Path], and specify the le to be imported.

Click [Start Importing]
[OK].
➠ The selected le is imported to the machine.
If a PIN is set for the Addr
ess Book, enter the Address Book PIN.

When the screen indicating that importing has completed appears, click [OK].

Log out from Remote UI.
