If you want to cook just one food (e. g. pota-
toes) or different foods with the same cooking
time (e. g. pork fillet and turkey breast), you can
use just one steam box.
In this case, use steam box 1.

Press the ON-button
(14), to start the cook-
ing process. The -button (14) will light up,
the indicator lamp (20) will blink and, the heat-
ing element (11) will start heating the water.
You can interrupt cooking at any time by
pressing the OFF-button
(16). The -
button (16) and the indicator lamp (20) will
light up and the heating element (11) will
stop working. Press the
-button (14) to
resume cooking.
To stop the cooking process, press the OFF-
button (16) for approximately 3 seconds.
The light in the OFF-button (16) will go
out and the heating element (11) will turn o
– the cooking process is switched off.
10. Approximately 20 seconds before the end
of the cooking time, the food steamer will
begin beeping. Once the cooking is finished,
the device emits one long beep. The food
steamer will switch off automatically. The
light in the
-button (14) will go out, and
(16) will
light up. In addition, the LCD
(22)
will display
, until either the -button
(16) is pressed for 3 seconds or the power
cord is unplugged.
Before performing further operations, the
food steamer must be reset by pressing the
OFF-button (16) for 3 seconds.
11. Use and insulated oven pad or mitt when lift-
ing the lid (1) and the steam boxes (5 / 6 / 7).
Risk of scalding due to escaping steam!
REFILLING WATER
If longer steaming times are necessary, addition-
al water may be necessary. Use the water filling
holes (8) to refill the water tank.
STEAMING RICE
The steamer is equipped with a rice bowl (4)
specifically designed for steaming rice.
1. Put the rice into the rice bowl (4) and add the
same quantity of water (e. g. one cup of rice
with one cup of water).
2. Place the rice bowl in the middle of a steam
box (5 / 6 / 7).
