When using two steam boxes, the food with
the longest cooking time should also be placed
in the bottom steam box (steam box2). Place
the other food in the top box (steam box 1).
In this way, both foods will be cooked in the
same time.

NOTE: The foods with the longest cooking
time must be placed in the bottom steam box,
where food is cooked 3 – 5 minutes faster than
in the top box.
For example, meat is cooked in steam box 3,
carrot slices in steam box 2, and spinach in
steam box 1.

OPERATION
1. Fill the water tank with clear, cold water, broth
or similar liquids.
Caution: To avoid the risk of scalding from
steam emissions, do NOT fill the water tank
(13) with hot liquids.
2. Insert the steam collecting loop (10) into the
condensate collector (9) from the bottom up.
3. Place the condensate collector (9) on the base
(12). This collector (9) catches all liquids that
drip down from the food.
4. Place your food in the steam boxes (5 / 6/ 7).
You can use one, two or three steam boxes
(see g.1).
5. Place the lid (1) on the upper steam box (5).
6. Insert the power cord into the socket (Schuko
socket). The device will beep and the indicator
lamp (20) will light up.
7. Press (17) – The LCD (22) will display a
blinking “ ” (30 minutes).
Set the desired operation time by pressing
+ / – (18 / 21). Each press of the button
changes the time by 1 minute (from 1 min-
ute up to 60 minutes). To change the time
rapidly, press and hold the + / – (18 / 21)
buttons .
Press the -button (17) again to confirm
the operation time. The LCD (22) will stop blink-
ing and display the selected operation time.
8. To set the timer, press
(19) – “
” (0 hour)
will blink on the LCD (22).
Press the + / – (18 / 21) buttons to adjust the
delay time Each press of the button chang-
es the time by 1 hour (from 1 hour up to
9 hours). To change the time rapidly, press and
hold the + / – (18 / 21) buttons.
Press the -button (17) again to confirm the
delay time. The LCD (22) will stop blinking
and display the selected time continuously.
