• Do not operate tile oxen without
the oxen rack (turntable) in place.
The oxen rack (turntable) must be
unrestricted so it can turn.
• During and after use, do not much,
or let clothing or other flammable
materials contact any interior area of
the oven; allow sufficient time fox
cooling first.
• Cook meat and poultry thoroughly--
meat to at least an INTERNAL
temperature of 160°K and poultry to
at least an INTERNAL temperature of
180°E Cooking to these temperatures
usually protects against tBodborne
illness.
• Kee I) the oxen flee from grease
buildup.
• Potentially hot surfaces include the
oxen door, floor, walls and oxen rack
(turntable).

Arcing is the microwme term fox sparks
in the oxen. Arcing is caused by:
• Metal, such as twist, ties, poultx T pins,
or gold-rimmed dishes, in the oxen.
• Metal or foil touching the side of
the oxen.
• Recycled paper towels containing small
metal pieces being used in the oxen.
• Foil not molded to food (upturned
edges act like antemms).
• Use foil only as reconnnended in
this manual.
• Metal cookware used during either
speedcook or microwave cooking
(except for the pans provided with
the oven).
