Notes
The rear, top, and bottom heater power will be adjusted automatically
to make sure the total heater power is no more than 100% with the
odd percentage defaulting to the bottom.
Controlling the Oven Fan
1. Press and hold Heat/FAN. The screen will show the fan level
as 3 (100%).
2. Turn the Select dial to adjust the fan speed level from 3 (100%)
to 2 (67%) to 1 (33%) to OFF (no fan).
Notes
Fan speed is adjustable to OFF only when the top and bottom
heaters are powered, not when the rear heater is operating.
Slow Cook
The Slow Cook function gives you tender, avorful results by
cooking at lower temperatures for longer periods of time. The
default slow cooking temperature is 190F. The Slow Cook Probe
target temperature range is 50F – 212F and the Slow Cook
temperature range is 175F – 235F.
1. Press Menu + Probe for Slow Cook, then press START/ PAUSE.
2. Press Menu + Probe again prior to START/PAUSE to cancel.
Slow Cooking After the Probe Temperature is Reached
You may set the Slow Cook function to cook for set amount of time
AFTER the target Slow Cook Probe temperature is reached.
1. Press Probe for 1 second. It will show the Probe target
temperature default of 165F.
2. Adjust the Probe target temperature by using the Select dial
to 170F.
3. At this point, press Probe + Menu, the Pro Smart Oven will
beep twice, one short and one long. The screen will show the
default cooking time of 01:00 (1 hour).
4. Use the Select dial to adjust the amount of time you want
the food to maintain the Internal Probe temperature up to
02:00 (2 hours).
Notes
The Pro Smart Oven will automatically cook at a temperature 25F
higher than the set target Slow Cook Probe temperature. In this
example it will cook at 195F. If the user wants to change the Slow
Cook cooking temperature:
