Using the Probe with Stage Cooking
Each stage can have a different Probe target temperature and
cooking temperature. Simply set the Probe target temperature for
each stage and the Pro Smart Oven will cook each stage until that
temperature is achieved and then move on to the next stage. Once
the Probe target temperature of the last stage is reached, the Pro
Smart Oven will shut-off.
