Advanced Functions
The Pro Smart Oven’s advanced features are for experienced
cooks trying to achieve specic results by using stage cooking or
taking full control over things like fan speed, and heat strength.
They are not needed to achieve amazing results with this unit.
These features are complex and are not for novices, who use
them at their own risk.
Stage
You can program up to 5 cooking stages to ensure your meals are
cooked just the way you want.
1. Press Function. Use the Select dial to choose a function,
which will be shown on the screen. For example, “Air Fry”.
This is Stage 1.
You have the option to adjust the cooking temperature and
time by pressing Temp and Time and turning the Select dial.
2. Press and hold STAGE. The screen will show “Stage 2”.
The set time will be 00:00 minutes, but the temperature from
Stage 1 will be retained.
You have the option to adjust the cooking temperature and
time by pressing Temp and Time and turning the Select dial.
You can continue adding stages by pressing and
holding STAGE (up to 5 total stages) and adjusting the
temperature and time for each, or you can press START/
PAUSE to begin the cooking process.
3. You can cycle back to Stage 1 by pressing and holding
STAGE.
Notes
In this example, Air Fry was the cooking function, but you can
select any of the 20 cooking functions and follow the same steps.
Sear
The Sear function uses the top & bottom heaters to seal in avor
and juices. You can sear your meat before, after, or both before and
after, the regular cooking stages. Sear temperatures and times can
be adjusted prior and during the searing process.
Default Sear Settings: 450F, 5-minutes.
Selectable Sear Temperature Range: 50F~500F
Selectable Sear Time Range: 0-minutes~30-minutes
