4 Setting up the appliance
4.1 Safe working when setting up the appliance

Personnel eligible for setting up the appliance:
Only qualified personnel from an authorized service company are permitted to set up the appliance.

Local and national standards and regulations relating to workplaces in catering kitchens must be
observed.
The rules and regulations of the local authorities and supply companies that apply to the installation
location concerned must be observed.

Moving heavy loads
Risk of injury from lifting incorrectly

new position.
When shifting the appliance into the correct position, use enough people for the weight of the ap-
