YOGHURT PREPARATION
When you use your Yoghurt Maker for the rst time you will need to
Milk (use one of the following): Whole milk, 2%, 1%, skim milk, soy or almond milk.
Note: Whole milk usually gives the best taste. Milk products have a lower fat content
