When the food is cooked to your satisfaction, press the
button Start/Stop to turn off the appliance.
15 Wear oven gloves.
16 Remove the roasting spit or the grill underlay with the food from the appliance.
17 Put them on a clean, food-safe and heat-resistant surface
18 Remove the food for serving.
CLEANING AND CARE
This appliance is extremely easy to clean. It contains no user-serviceable parts. Any
maintenance requiring service other than cleaning must be performed by a quali ed
technician.
Clean the appliance completely after each use.
1 Press the button Start/Stop to turn the appliance off.
2 Wait 1 minute for the fans of the appliance to stop running.
3 Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
4 Open the door carefully and completely.
5 Allow the appliance to cool completely.
6 Make sure that the inside of the appliance, the drip tray, the grill underlays or the
roasting spit are no longer hot and remove them.
7 Clean the heating element at the top of the inside of the appliance with a dry
cleaning brush to remove food residue.
8 Clean the inside of the appliance and the removed components with hot water, a
food-safe detergent and a non-abrasive sponge. Be careful not to use a dripping
wet sponge. Squeeze the sponge damp before cleaning.
CAUTION: Drip tray and grill underlays should not be cleaned with metal
kitchen utensils or abrasives, as this may damage the non-stick coating.
NOTE: Soak the removed components in hot water to remove stubborn dirt. Loosen the
screws on the roasting spit to thoroughly clean the roasting spit and  xators.
WARNING: Do not immerse the appliance in water for cleaning. The
appliance is operated electrically. It may be damaged or cause a life-
threatening electrical shock when restarted.
9 Allow the inside of the appliance and the components to dry completely.
10 Wipe the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
11 Place the components back in the device.
