Information on the Touch-Display
Display Cause/Remedy
Œ ■ Flashes fast + signal: The door was opened and the water level is too high.
Close the door, continue the programme with I button or select 0 Spin.
■ Flashes slowly: The door lock temperature is too high to open the door. Wait
approx. 30 seconds until the door lock temperature cools down.
| ■ Flashes (no water supply): Tap turned on? Filter in the water supply is
blocked?

Is the supply hose kinked or trapped?
■ Lights up (low water pressure): For information only. This will not affect the
programme progress. The programme duration is extended.
Ó lights up The detergent drawer has not been pushed in completely. Push the detergent
drawer in correctly.
E:3610 E:36 alternating display with -10 and End when programme is finished:
■ The drain pump is blocked.

E:35 alternating display with -10 and End when programme is finished: there is
water in the base trough, the appliance is leaking. Turn off the tap. Call customer
services.

E:10 alternating display with -00 or -10 or -20: all i-Dos functions were deactivated.
i-Dos needs to be repaired by customer service. You can still use the appliance with-
out i-Dos. Add the detergent into left-hand compartment for manual dosing.
w lights up The childproof lock is activated – deactivate it.
f lights up Too much foam has been detected and an additional rinse cycle has been activated.
Reduce the basic dosage of ß i-Dos for the next washing cycle with the same load.
The indicator lamp of
the ä Drum Clean
programme flashes
Run the ä Drum Clean 90 °C programme to clean and care for the drum and the
outer tub.
Notes
■ Run the programme without laundry.
■ Use washing powder or a detergent containing bleach. To prevent foaming,
only use half the amount of detergent recommended by the detergent manufac-
turer. Do not use detergent designed for woollens or delicates.
