Symbols on the care labels
The numbers in the symbols indicate
the maximum washing temperature
which may be used.
M: Suitable for a normal
washing process; e.g.
Î Cottons programme.
U: A gentle washing process is
required; e.g. Ó Easy-Care
programme.
V: An especially gentle washing
process is required; e.g.
Y Delicates/Silk programme.
W: Suitable for washing by hand;
e.g. Í Wool h programme.
Ž: Do not wash the laundry in
the appliance.
Starching
Note: Laundry should not be treated
with fabric softener.
1. Switch on the appliance.
2. Select the q Rinse programme.
3. Manually add the dosage of liquid
starch into the left-hand dispenser
(if required, clean it beforehand) in
accordance with the manufacturer’s
instructions.
4. Touch the I button.
Dyeing/bleaching
Dye should only be used in normal
household quantities. Salt may damage
stainless steel. Always follow the dye
manufacturer's instructions.
Do not use the appliance to bleach
clothes.
