PREBREWING
Prebrewing: Co ee is slightly dampened before brewing so as to bring out
its full aroma and let it acquire an excellent taste.
OFF: prebrewing is not performed.
LOW: activated.
HIGH: longer in order to bring out the co ee taste.
COFFEE TEMPERATURE
COFFEE LENGTH
This section allows you to program the temperature for co ee brewing.
LOW: low temperature.
NORMAL: standard temperature.
HIGH: high temperature.
This section allows programming the amount of co ee to be brewed for
each selected beverage. The bar allows you to adjust the exact amount of
co ee to brew.

MILK QUANTITY
This section allows you to program the amount of milk for each selected
beverage. The bar allows you to adjust the exact amount of milk to dispen-

Beverage Parameters
In this case we look at how to programme a customized cappuccino. The
milk managing options are not shown when a co ee brewing (espresso or
long co ee) is being programmed.
