4. Access Device > the plus (+) icon, and then tap Washing Machine.
5. Follow the onscreen instructions to provide the necessary information about the
router, and then tap Next.
6. Press and hold Smart Control on the washer for more than 5 seconds until the “AP”
message appears on the display. Your washing machine will be registered with the app.
7. Once your Washer is registered properly, the App will show this message.
“Congratulations! Your washer has been added to your Smart Home. Please complete
the setup by restarting your washer.
You may then remotely control your washer by turning on Smart Control.
The remote control function is only available with Washer.”
8. When the device registration is complete, the washing machine icon will appear in the
Samsung Smart Home app.
9. When “oAP” message disappears on the display, restart your washing machine.
10. Press and hold Smart Control on the washer for more than 3 seconds, and then the
Smart Control indicator
Lights up on your washing machine.
