3. WHAT LG WILL DO:

LGwill,atitssoleoption,eitherrepair,replaceorrefundthepurchasepriceofany

unitthatiscoveredunderthislimitedwarranty.LGmaychooseatitsoptiontouse

functionallyequivalentre-conditioned,refurbishedornewunitsorpartsoranyunits.

Inaddition,LGwillnotre-installorback-upanydata,applicationsorsoftwarethatyou

haveaddedtoyourtablet.Itisthereforerecommendedthatyouback-upanysuch

dataorinformationpriortosendingtheunittoLGtoavoidthepermanentlossofsuch

information.
