LARGE GRILL, GRILL
When grilling food with the large grill, the upper heater
and the grill heater tted on the ceiling of the oven cavity
will operate.
When grilling with normal (not large) grill, only grill
heater, a part of the large grill set, will operate.

Preheat the infrared (grill) heater for ve minutes.
Supervise the cooking process at all times. The meat
may burn quickly due to high temperature.Roasting with
the grill heater is suitable for crispy and low-fat cooking
of bratwurst, cuts of meat and sh (steaks, escalopes,
salmon steaks or llets etc.) or toasted bread.
When grilling directly on the grid, smear it with oil to
prevent the meat from sticking onto it and insert it into
the 4th guide. Insert the drip tray in to the 1st or 2nd
guide. When grilling in a baking tray, make sure there
is enough liquid in the tray to prevent burning. Turn the
meat during cooking.
After grilling, clean the oven, the accessories, and the
utensils.
