To update your weight information
(e.g. once a month)
on Activa, go to •

Wear Activa properly
If worn properly, the tness device can detect
and measure your movement correctly.
Wear Activa on the arm, waist, or thigh as
displayed on Activa.
1 On Activa, plug the headphones to use
the clip easily.
If necessary, use the pouch to •
protect Activa from scratches.
Insert Activa into the pouch before
you plug the headphones.
