1. Click Start → Settings → Printers and Faxes.
2. Highlight the printer name and click File then Properties.
3. Click the Device Settings tab.
4. Under Installable Options, make sure the setting in the Hard
Disk drop-down list is Installed.
5. Click OK and close the Printers and Faxes dialog box.
