1.8 - Basic Controls
Use the buttons on the front panel control and top panel buttons to display and adjust the On
Screen Display (OSD).
1.8.1 - Front Panel
Remote Control Sensor – This is the window that passes
all of the remote signals to the sensor. Point the remote
control directly at this window for the best response to the
remote signal.
Power LED - Lights green when powered on.
1.8.2 - Top Panel Controls
Menu – When this button is pressed, the OSD main menu will appear on the screen. If it is
pressed while the main menu is displayed, the main menu will disappear. If pressed while an
OSD sub menu is displayed, it will exit the sub menu and go back to the last menu.
Channel d/c – These buttons are used to increase or decrease the selected channels. While
the OSD is active, these buttons function as select controls in the OSD menus.
Power - Switch the TV on by pressing the button once. Press the button again to turn the TV off.
Volume / - These buttons are used to increase or decrease the speaker volume. While the
OSD is active, these buttons function as adjustment controls in the OSD menus.
TV/VIDEO - Repeated pressing of this button steps through the input sources in the following
sequence: Component (YPbPr/YCbCr), AV (Composite video), S-Video and TV (tuner). Once you
have stepped through the entire sequence, you will return to the beginning.
