Setting Microwave Controls
This section gives you specific convection cooking
instructions and procedures.
The oven should not be used without the turntable
in place, and it should never be restricted so that it
cannot rotate. You may remove the turntable when
preheating the oven and when preparing food to be
cooked directly on the turntable.
CONVECTION COOKING
During convection heating, hot air is circulated
throughout the oven cavity to brown and crisp
foods quickly and evenly.
Preheat and Cook with
Convection
Your oven can be programmed to combine
preheating and convection cooking operations.
You can preheat to the same temperature as the
convection temperature or change to a higher or
lower temperature.
