#1 Pease confirm that this product can crush ice cubes for cold smoothies, margherita's etc please?

#3 Which tool do you use to make pastry, the instruction booklet hopeless?

You would use the Universal blade for for cutting, mincing, mixing pastry.

#4 Can you please advise how to unscrew the blade part as it's very tight and I'm afraid to apply to much force ?

This unscrews anti clockwise.

#5 Is this 800 watts or 700 watts? Your info says a 700 watts motor. Does the watts matter when you want to knead dough. I basically want a food processor only. But your MCM 3100 food processor is 700 watts

#6 Can you tell me please if the blade is removable from the blender for cleaning or whether it is a fixed part?

The blade can be removed from the the blended.

#7 Have just bought but I have not had a food processor before and do not understand what the 50 functions are and how to use it? the instruction booklet is absolutely useless. Do you have any instruction videos as can only find for old models?
