Sound is unusual
Check the setting of HDMI Audio Format in the Sound Menu to match the
audio signal from the connected equipment.
Watching > For best audio > Advanced settings
Check the HDMI Input setting in the Sound Menu.
Watching > For best audio > Advanced settings
If digital sound connection has a problem, select analogue sound
connection.
Watching > External equipment > HDMI features
Set HDMI Auto Setting in the Setup Menu to Mode1.
Watching > 4K resolution > HDMI Auto Setting
Pictures from external equipment are unusual when the equipment is
connected via HDMI
Check the HDMI cable is connected properly.
Watching > External equipment > External connection
Turn the TV and equipment off, then turn them on again.
Check an input signal from the equipment.

Use equipment compliant with EIA/CEA-861/861D.
