Most griddled foods require cooking
on a preheated surface. Preheat griddle
according to the guide below, then switch to
the desired cook setting.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
■ Avoid cooking extremely greasy foods and
be careful of grease spill-over while cooking.
■ Do not use oil on the griddle for extended
lengths of time. Permanent staining and/or
craze lines on the surface could result.
■ Do not cook milk products (such as french
toast) on the griddle. Permanent staining
and/or craze lines on the surface could
result.
■ Never place or store any items on the
griddle, even when it is not in use. The
griddle can become heated when using the
surrounding burners.
■ Do not overheat the griddle. Leaving the
griddle burner on at Hi for an extended
amount of time without food can damage
the non-stick coating.
