Mains cable is not inserted.

Check whether the socket works.

Close the appliance door with greater force.
Door cannot be closed due to installation method.
Check whether the appliance has been installed properly.
When closed, the appliance door, its decor or attached parts should not
knock against adjacent cabinets or the worktop.
Lid on the detergent dispenser
cannot be closed.
Detergent dispenser or lid are blocked by sticky detergent residue.
Remove detergent residue.
