"License"shallmeanthetermsandconditionsforuse,reproduction,anddistributionasdefinedbySections1through9ofthisdocument.

"Licensor"shallmeanthecopyrightownerorentityauthorizedbythecopyrightownerthatisgrantingtheLicense.

"LegalEntity"shallmeantheunionoftheactingentityandallotherentitiesthatcontrol,arecontrolledby,orareundercommoncontrolwiththatentity.Forthepurposesofthisdefinition,

"control"means(i)thepower,directorindirect,tocausethedirectionormanagementofsuchentity,whetherbycontractorotherwise,or(ii)ownershipoffiftypercent(50%)ormoreofthe

outstandingshares,or(iii)beneficialownershipofsuchentity.

"You"(or"Your")shallmeananindividualorLegalEntityexercisingpermissionsgrantedbythisLicense.

"Source"formshallmeanthepreferredformformakingmodifications,includingbutnotlimitedtosoftwaresourcecode,documentationsource,andconfigurationfiles.

"Object"formshallmeananyformresultingfrommechanicaltransformationortranslationofaSourceform,includingbutnotlimitedtocompiledobjectcode,generateddocumentation,and

conversionstoothermediatypes.

"Work"shallmeantheworkofauthorship,whetherinSourceorObjectform,madeavailableundertheLicense,asindicatedbyacopyrightnoticethatisincludedinorattachedtothework(an

exampleisprovidedintheAppendixbelow).

"DerivativeWorks"shallmeananywork,whetherinSourceorObjectform,thatisbasedon(orderivedfrom)theWorkandforwhichtheeditorialrevisions,annotations,elaborations,orother

modificationsrepresent,asawhole,anoriginalworkofauthorship.ForthepurposesofthisLicense,DerivativeWorksshallnotincludeworksthatremainseparablefrom,ormerelylink(orbindby

isconspicuouslymarkedorotherwisedesignatedinwritingbythecopyrightowneras"NotaContribution."

"Contributor"shallmeanLicensorandanyindividualorLegalEntityonbehalfofwhomaContributionhasbeenreceivedbyLicensorandsubsequentlyincorporatedwithintheWork.

2.GrantofCopyrightLicense.SubjecttothetermsandconditionsofthisLicense,eachContributorherebygrantstoYouaperpetual,worldwide,non-exclusive,no-charge,royalty-free,irrevocable

copyrightlicensetoreproduce,prepareDerivativeWorksof,publiclydisplay,publiclyperform,sublicense,anddistributetheWorkandsuchDerivativeWorksinSourceorObjectform.

3.GrantofPatentLicense.SubjecttothetermsandconditionsofthisLicense,eachContributorherebygrantstoYouaperpetual,worldwide,non-exclusive,no-charge,royalty-free,irrevocable

(exceptasstatedinthissection)patentlicensetomake,havemade,use,offertosell,sell,import,andotherwisetransfertheWork,wheresuchlicenseappliesonlytothosepatentclaimslicensable

bysuchContributorthatarenecessarilyinfringedbytheirContribution(s)aloneorbycombinationoftheirContribution(s)withtheWorktowhichsuchContribution(s)wassubmitted.IfYou

institutepatentlitigationagainstanyentity(includingacross-claimorcounterclaiminalawsuit)allegingthattheWorkoraContributionincorporatedwithintheWorkconstitutesdirector

contributorypatentinfringement,thenanypatentlicensesgrantedtoYouunderthisLicenseforthatWorkshallterminateasofthedatesuchlitigationisfiled.

4.Redistribution.YoumayreproduceanddistributecopiesoftheWorkorDerivativeWorksthereofinanymedium,withorwithoutmodifications,andinSourceorObjectform,providedthatYou

meetthefollowingconditions:

(a)YoumustgiveanyotherrecipientsoftheWorkorDerivativeWorksacopyofthisLicense;and

(b)YoumustcauseanymodifiedfilestocarryprominentnoticesstatingthatYouchangedthefiles;and

describingtheoriginoftheWorkandreproducingthecontentoftheNOTICEfile.

7.DisclaimerofWarranty.Unlessrequiredbyapplicablelaworagreedtoinwriting,LicensorprovidestheWork(andeachContributorprovidesitsContributions)onan"ASIS"BASIS,WITHOUT

WARRANTIESORCONDITIONSOFANYKIND,eitherexpressorimplied,including,withoutlimitation,anywarrantiesorconditionsofTITLE,NON-INFRINGEMENT,MERCHANTABILITY,orFITNESSFOR
