8.2 Maintenance menu
n Press the Maintenance tab to access the Maintenance menu.
n Automatic cleaning of the steam nozzle
The machine can automatically clean the nozzle on your request, or automatically.
Automatic cleaning is required depending on the number and type of milk recipes prepared.
Below are the main steps in this automatic cleaning when requested by the user. Otherwise, just
follow the instructions on the screens displayed by the machine.

n You can access the “Maintenance” menu from the main menu
by pressing the “Maintenance” tab.
n Press the “Automatic cleaning of the nozzle” button on the touch
screen.
n NB: The cleaning cycle must not be interrupted.
n To quit the “Maintenance” menu, press the “Maintenance” tab.

n If necessary, the machine will ask you to replace the cleaning liquid bottle.

n The cleaning cycle is finished.

n Press Start.
(if you do not do so immediately, you will return to the initial screen).
n The machine starts by rinsing the nozzle.
n The nozzle comes out of its cleaning container.
n The cleaning liquid is introduced automatically into the nozzle
cleaning container.
n The machine mixes water with the cleaning liquid.
n Then, the machine cleans the nozzle by soaking it in this mixture.
n The nozzle is then rinsed twice with water.
