6 Lift the inner bowl out of the appliance and remove the oil or fat (Fig. 16).
7 Cleanthehousing,theinnerbowl,thelid,thelterandthefryingbasketinhotwaterwith
some washing-up liquid or in the dishwasher.
Note: To clean the lter, you can also leave it in the lid when you clean the lid.
8 Rinse the parts with fresh water and dry them thoroughly.

Put all parts back into/onto the fryer and close the lid.
2 Roll up the cord, put it into the cord storage compartment and insert the cord in the cord
xingfacility(Fig.17).
3 Lift the fryer by its hand grips.
Do not throw away the appliance with the normal household waste at the end of its life, but
handitinatanofcialcollectionpointforrecycling.Bydoingthis,youhelptopreservethe
environment (Fig. 18).
Batteries contain substances that may pollute the environment. Do not throw away batteries with
the normal household waste, but dispose of them at an ofcial collection point for batteries. Always
remove the timer battery before you discard and hand in the appliance at an ofcial collection point.
