Power On:
Press START button, normal startup after 5 seconds countdown.
Program Function:
15 preset programs, 3 customized programs, 4 kinds of motion modes: time mode, distance mode,
calories mode, manual mode, and body fat test function.
The Safety Key Function:
Remove the Safety Key (No. 58) in any mode, and the treadmill will slow down rapidly until it stops.
The computer will beep continuously and “ ---” will be displayed on the window. Buttons will not
function when the Safety Key (No. 58) is removed. Insert the Safety Key (No. 58) onto the computer,
the display will light up for 2 seconds and then go into standby mode.
Imperial/Metric Conversion:
Remove the Safety Key (No. 58) then press and hold “PRG” and “MODE” button together for 5
seconds. The computer console will show “10” or “16”. For Imperial System, insert the safety key back
when “10” is displayed. For Metric System, insert the safety key back when “16” is displayed.
