Symptom Cause/remedy
Unable to connect
Bluetoothr device
Depending on the Bluetoothr device and application software you
use, it may take some time for the audio system to connect to a device
and to start playing an audio file.
The connection may be temporarily disconnected when starting the
engine, which is normal and not a malfunction. The Bluetoothr device
will be reconnected after the engine is started.
Connection processing is performed only when it is in the audio
modes which is for Bluetoothr devices. Check the audio mode being
selected.

Change the audio mode (2 P. 48) or turn off the power to the audio
system and then turn it on again. The audio system will retry
connecting to the Bluetoothr device.
Check that your Bluetoothr device has been paired.
Referring to the instruction manual of your Bluetoothr device, check
that your Bluetoothr device is in connectable state.
