Notes
• If there is no disc in any disc tray, “NO DISC”
appears on the front panel display.
• You can play unfinalized CD-RW discs only in
DECK B. If you attempt to play an unfinalized disc
in the DECK A, a DISC ERROR message will
appear to remind you to play the disc in DECK B.
For the detailed explanation about finalizing, see
“Finalizing a CD-R or CD-RW disc” on page 51.
• At the end of a listening session, remove the discs
from the decks by following the instructions in step
4. Do not leave the disc tray open when the unit is
not in use to prevent dust and dirt from entering the
unit and to prevent damage to the disc tray.
Headphone jack and Headphone
Level control
Connect standard headphones (ø 6.3mm) to
headphone jack for private listening. Turn
headphone level control to adjust the
volume level to the headphones.
