When a second call comes in during a call, the earbuds will emit a sound.
To end the current call and answer the second call:

Use ambient sound mode
Hear your surroundings while you are listening to music outdoors, so you can quickly detect
any potentially dangerous situations.
Touch and hold the touchpad and release it when you hear “Enable ambient sound”. Then,
you will hear “Ambient sound enabled” and the feature will be activated.

The feature will only be activated when you put both earbuds in your ears.

You can activate or deactivate this feature through the connected mobile
device. Refer to Ambient sound for more information.

During a call, ambient sound mode turns o automatically. After the call, the
mode returns to the previous state.
•
In ambient sound mode, feedback may occur when adjusting the volume or
touching the microphone.
•
In ambient sound mode, you can still hear loud external sounds.
