#1 Can you cook frozen vegetables in this?

Yes, Absolutely! I've done corn, broccoli and potatoes come out amazing

#2 How wide is it? I want to see if it will fit in my cabinet.

It's very compact and smaller than my coffee maker. It's base is 10.5 x 10.5 inches and it's 11 inches tall.

#3 How do I cook a cake in it? Do I take out the crisper tray

Yes rake out the tray. It is mainly used to allow oil to drip from the food

#4 Teflon coating on the inside?

Yes, Teflon all around. I have washed it a couple of times but you can't just wipe it down after use. I've cooked everything in my fryer. No problem with anything sticking. I love it.
