Auto Heat-up
When Auto Heat-up has been activated,
the cooking zone turns on automatically
at the highest level and then switches
to the previously selected continued
cooking level. The heat-up time de-
pends on which continued cooking
level has been chosen (see chart).
Activating
Tap the sensor button of the required
continued cooking level until an audi-
ble tone sounds and the sensor but-
ton starts to flash.
During the heat-up time, the set contin-
ued cooking level flashes.
With extended power levels (see “Pro-
gramming”), the power levels before
and after the intermediate power level
will flash when an intermediate power
level is selected.
When you change the continued
cooking level, you deactivate Auto
Heat-up.
Deactivating
Tap the sensor button of the set con-
tinued cooking level.

* The continued cooking settings with a dot
after the number are only available if the
power-level range has been extended (see
“Programming”). As the higher continued
cooking settings are generally used for fry-
ing food, only a relatively short heat-up time
is needed to heat up the cookware initially.
