3 Select ON on the display, press the OK button to conrm.

- Then the 'machine ready' screen appears with the AquaClean
100% icon to indicate that the lter has been installed.
5 Dispense 2 cups of hot water (0.5 l) to complete the activation.
Discard this water.
Replacing the AquaClean lter
Note: Replace the AquaClean lter as soon as the capacity has
dropped to 0% and the lter icon ashes quickly. Replace the
AquaClean lter at least every 3 months, even if the machine has
not yet indicated that replacement is required.
Tip: We advise you to buy a new lter when the capacity has
dropped to 10% and the lter icon starts ashing slowly. This
ensures that you can replace the lter when the capacity has
dropped to 0%.
1 Take out the AquaClean lter and replace it by a new AquaClean
lter (also see the separate quick start guide).
2 Press the MENU button, scroll to AQUACLEAN FILTER and press
the OK button to conrm.
- The display asks if you want to activate a new lter.
3 Press the OK button to conrm.
- The display automatically updates the number of lters used.
4 Dispense 2 cups of hot water (0.5 l) to complete the activation.

1 When the lter icon starts ashing on the display, press the
MENU button, scroll to AQUACLEAN FILTER and press the OK
button to conrm.
