A detailed description of each function is provided. Refer to your product for details.
Chapter 07
The functions available may vary depending on the product model. The color and shape of parts may differ
from what is shown. Specifications are subject to change without notice to improve quality.
USB Source Setup
This option is for assigning correct USB ports for HDMI and DP ports.
You must assign a correct USB port for each input source to ensure that the USB Switch function works
properly.
USB-C#1 and USB-C#2 can be regarded as input sources and USB ports. Therefore, it is not necessary to set
up them. The last USB port can only work as a USB port but not as an input source.
USB-C#1 and DP cannot be displayed at the same time in PIP/PBP Mode.
Factory reset does not change these USB port assignments.
When you assign a USB port, it is not necessary to press the JOG button for confirmation. If you select an
item, it is applied immediately.
DisplayPort Ver.
Select your DisplayPort version.
Incorrect settings may cause the screen to go blank. If this occurs, check the device specifications.
If the monitor is in HDMI/DisplayPort/USB Type-C 1/USB Type-C 2 mode and the screen says Check Signal
Cable or power saving mode activates, press the JOG button to display the function-button screen and
then select the
icon. You can select 1.1 or 1.2.
HDMI Mode
Select the HDMI mode to use.
The supportable device and resolution may differ depending on its version.
When the version is changed, the screen may blink.
If you set the HDMI Mode to 1.4, some high resolutions may not be supported because of bandwidth
limitation of the HDMI 1.4 protocol.
When the setting is not appropriate, a blank screen may appear. In this case, check the specifications of the
device.
Set the HDMI Mode to 1.4 when there is no sound output from the DVD connected to our product.
Not available when PIP/PBP Mode is set to On.
